People always are quick to assume that if a product carries a gazillion tag price in it that it is more superior to those that are lesser priced merchandise of the same line. It’s true that there are instances where paying more does get you a batter product, but that’s not true to all merchandise.

Elliptical Cross Trainer with Computer is one of those kinds of merchandise, which is a very affordable elliptical machine. There are some in the market that are well over a thousand bucks but this is not one of those. So, does this mean that you’re going to get a good workout if you have it in you?

The Elliptical Cross Trainer with computer is a basic model of elliptical trainer that will work your arms, legs, butt, hips and shoulders. To give you a “free-running” workout, it has handle bars that locks you in place and features an added resistance to increase your workout. It also allows you to work out by walking, jogging or running without feeling too much impact on your joints. This indeed is great news for those who have been dying to trim down their weights.

The total weight of this cross trainer is only sixteen pounds, meaning you can lift it with relative ease.

However, there were some users who confused it with a stationary bike, stating that it was just converted into an elliptical trainer. That was a weslo cross trainer, which looks like a stair climber and a stationary bike. This has the edge of providing exercisers with a training heart rate ranging from 160-175 bpm.  This range is ideal for burning fats and calories in your body, and if you’re worrying about too much exertion, you can be assured that it will not over exert your body. It is gentle to the exerciser which is one of the reasons why experts recommend this equipment to those who have arthritis of the ankles, knees or hips.

This unit can be converted likewise into an elliptical stepper; hence if you want to use other methods, all you have to do is convert it into the exercise equipment you want. Its hand grips are padded to protect your hands from harsh metals and at the same time to make it move smoothly with your body. This equipment is also good in toning the legs, hips, chest, back and arms which is similar to the elliptical cross trainer; the only difference is that the former has a computer attached with it than the latter. It likewise reduces impact that might cause injuries to your body.

So, the thousand bucks question would be if you will still not include the Elliptical Cross trainer with Computer on your shopping list? I bet you’ll say yes, most especially if you’re worried with how you look. Living in the age where fitness and a slim body is an IN fashion, there is just one thing to do sweat it out with the Elliptical Cross Trainer.
